On The Day Services

Jewelled Productions specialises in providing On The Day Management Services. We pride ourselves on having impeccable attention to detail to ensure your big day is delivered to the most exceptional standard. We will meet with you prior to your event to discuss your wedding day plans and how we can be most effective in coordinating your wedding. Our on the day services include the preparation of a detailed wedding day run sheet including an individual schedule for the bridal party and the venue/vendors. We will create a comprehensive list of vendor details and liaise with them in the lead up to your big day so they are well prepared to deliver their services on your wedding day. In preparation we will attend your rehearsal to make sure everyone has it just right. As for the logistical management of the big day we will be on hand to handle every movement, every delivery, every little hiccup. Overseeing all of the details of your wedding, we will make certain that all aspects are delivered seamlessly. We are there to facilitate every logistic, from start to finish, to ensure everything goes flawlessly – from your processional to your grand exit. Jewelled Productions is here to make sure everything is executed just as you envisioned, so that you can just relax and enjoy your special day knowing that it is in the hands of a thoroughly organised, prepared and resourceful professional.


package 1 - The Eagle Bay

This is our base package for the ultimate DIY Bride. You are super organised and have a created a beautiful style for your wedding day collaborating with your family and bridesmaid squad. But as your nearest and dearest are all in attendance on your special day who is there to oversee that all your hard work is carried out just as your envisioned? This package includes a personal consultation two to four weeks weeks prior to your wedding to discuss your style vision including all the set up and styling details of your ceremony and reception . We will discuss floor plans/layouts, your run sheet and your list of suppliers. We will be on site at your ceremony and reception venue for up to 4 hours managing the set up of your ceremony and reception venues to ensure everything is as perfect as you imagined

This package includes:

  • Personal consultation two weeks prior to your wedding to discuss all the set up and styling details of your ceremony and reception. We will discuss floor plans/layouts, your run sheet and list of vendors.
  • On site at your ceremony and reception venue for up to 4 hours coordinating the set up of your ceremony and reception.
  • Management/coordination of all vendor deliveries and movements during the 4 hours on site.
  • Set up and styling of the ceremony and reception venues including setting the tables, pre-drink area, signage, wishing well, seating chart, name cards, favours, bridal table, flowers, candles, centrepieces, dessert/cheese buffet, cake table, photo props, guest book and any of your DIY elements.
  • Attending to any other details/problems that require attention throughout the day.

package 2 - The yallingup

This is our classic On The Day Management package. Two months prior to you wedding we will meet to discuss all the fine details of your ceremony, reception and to create a list of vendors details. Following the consultation we will construct a highly detailed wedding schedule (run sheet) outlining the day to be distributed to the bridal party and vendors. In the two weeks leading up to the wedding we will confirm and liaise with all vendors. We will be on site at your ceremony and reception venue for up to 10 hours managing and assisting with the set up of your ceremony and reception venues to ensure everything is as perfect as you imagined

 

This package includes:

  • Personal consultation two months prior to your wedding to discuss all the set up and styling details of your ceremony and reception.
  • Create floor plans/layouts of the ceremony and reception locations based on information gathered from you.
  • Compile a list of your vendors to liaise with in the two weeks leading up to the wedding and on the day.
  • Create a highly detailed wedding schedule (run sheet) outlining the day to be distributed to the bridal party and vendors.
  • On site for up to 2 hours the day before your wedding coordinating vendors, deliveries & set up.
  • On site for up to 8 hours managing the set up of your ceremony and reception.
  • Management/coordination of all vendor deliveries and movements during the 10 hours on site.
  • Set up and styling of the ceremony and reception venues including setting the tables, pre-drink area, signage, wishing well, seating chart, name cards, favours, bridal table, flowers, candles, centrepieces, dessert/cheese buffet, cake table, photo props, guest book and any of your DIY elements.
  • Provide a point of contact for all vendors, bridal party and guests.
  • Tracking of time against run sheet and updates for the bridal party on critical deadlines and movements.
  • Attending to any other details/problems that require attention throughout the day.

package 3 - the prevelly

This is our premium On The Day Management package.  As per our classic package we will meet with you to discuss all the fine details of your ceremony, and reception. We will construct a highly detailed wedding schedule (run sheet) outlining the day to be distributed to the bridal party and vendors. In the lead up to the wedding we will confirm and liaise with all vendors. We will also personally attend your wedding rehearsal to ensure the venue and Jewelled Productions are thoroughly organised and prepared for the big day. We will be on site at your ceremony and reception venue for up to 14 hours including the day before your wedding and the day of, giving you the peace of mind that we are there ensuring everything is executed just as you envisioned.

This package includes:

  • Personal consultation two months prior to your wedding to discuss all the set up and styling details of your ceremony and reception.
  • Create floor plans/layouts of the ceremony and reception locations based on information gathered from you.
  • Compile a list of your vendors to liase in the two weeks leading up to the wedding and on the day.
  • Create a highly detailed wedding schedule (run sheet) outlining the day to be distributed to the bridal party and vendors.
  • Attend your wedding rehearsal to ensure any last minute changes are captured.
  • On site for up to 4 hours the day before your wedding coordinating vendors, deliveries & set up.

package 4 - the meelup

This is our ultimate package for the Bride that wants everything taken care of including the needs of herself and the bridal party throughout the day.  This packages includes everything outlined in our previous packages plus a whole lot of extra time with Jewelled Productions on site at your wedding venue/s facilitating  every logistic from start to finish. This package also includes some extra special details for you and your girl squad as we provide breakfast, coffee run, lunch and a grazing board for photo time utilising the talents of our partner "Hide and Feast" who specialise in gourmet, locally sourced produce. The team at Jewelled Productions will act as your very own Personal Assistant, starting from the day before your wedding well into the evening on the big day!

This package includes:

  • Personal consultation two months prior to your wedding to discuss all the set up and styling details of your ceremony and reception.
  • Create floor plans/layouts of the ceremony and reception locations based on information gathered from you.
  • Compile a list of your vendors to liase in the two weeks leading up to the wedding and on the day.
  • Create a highly detailed wedding schedule (run sheet) outlining the day to be distributed to the bridal party and vendors.
  • Attend your wedding rehearsal to ensure any last minute changes are captured.
  • On site for up to 6 hours the day before your wedding coordinating vendors, deliveries & set up.
  • Jewelled Productions on call and onsite for the entire duration of your wedding day (8am – late), managing every aspect of your ceremony and reception.
  • Management/coordination of all vendor deliveries and movements whilst on site.
  • Set up and styling of the ceremony and reception venues including pre-drink area, signage, wishing well, seating chart, name cards, favours, bridal table, flowers, candles, centrepieces, dessert/cheese buffet, cake table, photo props, guest book and any of your DIY elements.
  • Provide a point of contact for all vendors, bridal party and guests.
  • Tracking of time against run sheet and updates for the bridal party on critical deadlines and movements.
  • Attending to any other details/problems that require attention throughout the day.
  • Delivery of sensational local coffee mid morning.
  • Delivery of grazing platters created by our partner "Hide and Feast" to the bride and her squad (up to 8 people catered for). We are also happy to provide lunch for the gents at an extra cost, please enquire for price.
  • Provide a delicious hamper created by our partners "Hide and Feast' for your bridal party to graze on throughout your photos (between the ceremony and reception).

The day after package includes:

  • Up to 4 hours post wedding tidy, resource collection and pack down of event styling elements (extra hours available on request)
  • Why jump out of bed on your first day as a married couple when Jules can do all the clean up and resource collection for you. Jules can be onsite early morning to assist the reception venue in the clean up but more importantly ensure all of your special wedding resources, bouquets and memorabilia are safely returned to you
